This route is suitable for mountain and gravel bikes.

Ride from the Bowling Green to Langley, Ayot St Lawrence, Nomansland Common, Heartwood Forest, Codicote Bottom, Old Knebworth along bridleways, cycles tracks and quiet lanes.

Refreshment stop options at Brewhouse Cafe (Wheathampstead) and The Lytton Arms (Old Knebworth).

Approximately 3.5 to 4hrs moving time, plus refreshments time.

Helmets are strongly recommended for all off-road rides.
